Our goal here at Citruscapes Inc. is to make our pricing simple, transparent, and affordable.
Below are our standardized prices we use for basic lawn maintenance, based upon property size.
There can be many variables that can change the price but these are the basic guidelines we use to generate a proposal.
These prices are per month rates for year round service averaging 36-42 visits per year. 

*As of 2019 ~ Our minimum Per Visit Rate is $45

Not sure of your property size? No problem, give us a call and we can use online imaging to measure most properties.

Here are some of the variables that can affect the price.

Discounts: Discounts offered for different options and scenarios. One discount we offer is for clients on our Auto-Pay system. Another discount we commonly use is the Proximity Discount which applies to quotes for clients in close proximity to a current client.

Shape: A odd shaped property with a considerable amount of flower beds and edging can add time to basic service. Where as a rectangle property can take less time and cost less.

Access: Small gates into backyards keep us from using larger mowing equipment, and increases the time it takes to mow the backyard if it is fenced in (we'll need 65" gate to access).
